Using the outdoors and adventures as a healing tool isn’t something new. More people should be aware of the benefits of being active and outdoors from the simple acts of getting some vitamin D, breathing fresh air or taking a hike and to even more intense and challenging tasks as mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting adventures.
An underrated tool that has more benefits than could be imagined is the outdoors. Getting back in touch with mother nature can do all of us some good and even help heal some others.
